Alzheimer Insights by CurationHealth

What’s the difference between memory loss that we can all suffer from time to time, and memory loss that is actually an early indication of Alzheimer’s?

If we think about most memory loss what often emerges is that it’s less about losing a memory than about not paying proper attention in the first place. In other words, we were distracted by worry, lack of sleep, or just the pressure and hassle of modern life: and the memory was never truly there to be recalled in the first place. It’s when the distractions and incidences of memory loss begin to add up – critically, when they start to affect how well we function day after day – that we need to take notice of what’s happening and seek help.
